What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Content Creation & Brand Storytelling:
- Develop engaging blogs, website content, and social media posts that capture the essence of our brand.
- Plan and execute trend-driven marketing campaigns to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
- Use AI-powered writing tools to streamline content creation while keeping a human touch.
- Help script and manage video and podcast content related to sportswear trends, style guides, and behind-the-scenes insights.
2. Social Media & Community Engagement:
- Grow and manage our Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok communities with engaging daily content.
- Jump on trending topics, memes, and viral moments to keep the brand at the heart of online conversations.
- Interact with followers, build relationships, and create a loyal brand community.
- Analyze content performance and tweak strategies based on what’s working.
3. SEO & Organic Growth:
- Optimize blog content, social media posts, and website copy for maximum search visibility.
- Research trending keywords and topics to drive organic traffic.
- Work closely with the creative team to ensure all content aligns with best practices for search.
4. Email Marketing & Brand Loyalty:
- Write and schedule engaging email campaigns that feel like a conversation, not just another sales pitch.
- Develop creative campaigns that drive excitement, promotions, and brand engagement.
- Personalize content for different audience segments using AI-assisted tools.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management.
- A natural storyteller with a passion for branding and creative marketing.
- Hands-on experience with social media, SEO, and email marketing.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for content creation (ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva, etc.).
- A creative thinker who loves staying ahead of digital trends.
- A passion for sportswear, fashion, or e-commerce is a big plus!
